We got to the bottom of things!
There have been no “double deductions” processed from any of our valued donors accounts.
Card payments done at the end of our Nakhlistan Eid-ul Fitr Cooking Campaign in March 2025 last year, were left as pending with no deductions made when we switched off our hand-held device.
Only when we switched our card machine back on for this Ramadaan on the 18th February 2026, were those pending payments processed.
Nakhlistan sincerely apologizes for any inconvenience caused, and would like to reassure existing and prospective donors of our commitment to transparency in all our transactions.
May we all continue to reap the best during this auspicious month of Ramadaan In Shaa Allah.
